CONCORD, NC — November 24, 2025 — Practical Software Solutions, a Sage ERP consulting and implementation partner, today announced that Nancy Teixeira has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. She succeeds Bobby Fowler, founder and long-time CEO, who is exiting the business after establishing one of the Carolinas’ most respected ERP reseller organizations.
Since founding the company in 1993, Fowler has built a strong legacy of deep industry expertise, trusted customer relationships, and a people-first culture.

Teixeira brings more than 25 years of experience across the ERP ecosystem, including leadership roles at both software publishers and partner organizations. Her background spans early experience in the Great Plains/Microsoft channel and nearly a decade at Sage Software, where she led the Channel Go-to-Market organization and its 135-person team responsible for partner strategy, enablement, and revenue. Nancy’s time at Sage shaped her leadership philosophy, reinforcing the impact of aligned and empowered teams and preparing her to lead a growth business.
