CONCORD, N.C. (June 7, 2016) — Practical Software Solutions, the premier provider of integrated software systems to the horticulture industry, announced today that Grower Vertical will be available on the newest web-native Sage software platform beginning this summer.
The company will demonstrate Grower Vertical on the new web-native platform in Booth No. 1726 at Cultivate’16, formerly the OFA Short Course, trade show at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, from July 10-12, 2016.
Practical Software Solutions developed Grower Vertical in 2006, when Metrolina Greenhouses of Huntersville, N.C., approached the company to help create horticulture-specific functionality for their Sage ERP system. Practical also provides integrated solutions for Human Resources, Fixed Assets and CRM for the industry.
The newest Sage platform is a robust and adaptable technology platform with industry-leading mobile options. The solution requires fewer add-ons than other business management solutions, reducing installation cost and IT issues.
Grower Vertical provides a customizable, scalable, and full-featured enterprise management system designed for the specific needs of the horticulture industry. Leveraging Sage software systems, Grower Vertical has been honored with Sage Customer Awards for Customization and Innovation.
Vince Stamey, CEO of Practical Software Solutions, said adding Grower Vertical functionality to the latest Sage platform was a logical choice.
We are excited to have Grower Vertical available for a fully web-native platform, Stamey said.
Now the horticulture industry will have another integrated solution that will help operate their entire business, not just the greenhouse.
